《大行报告》瑞银下调渣打(02888.HK)目标价至59元 评级「中性」
瑞银发表报告指,渣打(02888.HK)去年收入增长2%,成本则下跌1%,而基础有形股东权益回报(ROTE)由5.1%上升至6.4%。该行认为,由於香港社会不稳、新型肺炎爆发及潜在的进一步减息,令渣打收入前景展望显着地不明朗,而高经营杠杆亦令近期的风险增加。该行下调对渣打今年至2022年的经调整每股盈利预测分别13%、3%及2%,降低近期预测以反映较低的收入部分被近期的成本紧缩所抵消。瑞银又下调对渣打股份目标价,由65元降至59元,评级维持「中性」。
