韻達股份(002120.SZ)業績快報：2019年度淨利潤降1.57%至26.56億元
格隆匯2月28日丨韻達股份(002120.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報，實現營業總收入346.24億元，同比增長149.89%；營業利潤36.59元，同比增長1.07%；利潤總額35.33億元，同比減少0.49%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤26.56億元，同比減少1.57%；基本每股收益1.19元。
營收增長主要受益於：1、報告期內受電商經濟持續繁榮、行業景氣度提振和公司服務水平提升等有利因素推動，公司完成快遞業務量同比高速增長；2、根據公司2018年12月29日披露的《關於對公司快遞服務派件模式進行調整的公告》，公司從2019年1月1日起在公司全網範圍內對現行快遞服務中有關派件服務業務模式進行調整，此次調整後，公司向加盟商提供的快遞服務內容增加派件服務，與之對應，公司快遞服務收入增加派費收入項目。受公司快遞業務量增長和公司快遞服務收入增加派費收入項目影響，報告期內營業總收入大幅增長。
報告期，歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比下降，主要繫上一報告期因處置深圳市豐巢科技有限公司(“豐巢”)股權而獲得一次性收益；如剔除上一報告期處置豐巢股權因素影響，則本報告期歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比增長17.68%。
剔除上一報告期處置豐巢股權因素影響後公司業績增長的主要原因系：報告期，我國經濟持續保持着穩中向好的發展態勢，在政策支持和市場牽引下，我國電商經濟持續繁榮，新型電商模式不斷湧現，消費場景不斷豐富，不斷推高電商滲透率，有力促進了快遞包裹增量加速釋放；同時，公司持續保持信息化、智能化、運力提升、物業自持等核心資源投入定力，持續提升服務品質、提速全程時效、強化“韻達”品牌，持續推進客户分羣、產品分層、精益管理策略，持續向市場及客户提供高效、便捷、優質的快遞服務體驗，極大提升了客户粘性，快遞業務量獲得了高於行業增速的快速增長。
