嘉裏物流(00636.HK)擬分拆KETH並於泰國證券交易所作獨立上市
格隆匯2月28日丨嘉裏物流(00636.HK)發佈公告,2020年2月28日,KETH已向泰國證交會提交發行及發售普通股申請,現在準備提供額外資料。
KETH為公司間接非全資附屬公司,主要在泰國從事快遞業務。建議分拆後,保留集團將繼續在全球經營其現有的主要業務,包括綜合物流、國際貨運及供應鏈解決方案(將由KETH營運的泰國快遞業務除外)。
倘建議分拆進行,公司通過其非全資附屬公司於KETH已發行股本中的視作權益將減少至約52.14%。KETH擬於緊隨建議分拆完成後仍為公司的附屬公司,及公司將繼續將KETH的業績併入集團的合併財務報表。
