華鵬飛(300350.SZ)業績快報 2019年度虧損收窄至4.52億元
格隆匯2月28日丨華鵬飛(300350.SZ)披露2019年度業績快報，實現營業總收入6.00億元，同比減少37.07%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損4.52億元，去年同期則為淨虧損6.02億元；基本每股虧損0.95元。
公司全資子公司博韓偉業(北京)科技有限公司(以下簡稱“博韓偉業”)的智能移動服務業務由於受宏觀經濟、行業競爭的影響，新項目開展不及預期，同時重點客户中國郵政集團公司和中國郵政速遞物流股份有限公司機構整合，寄遞業務改革遞進，產業升級，推進智能分揀設備，造成郵政系統PDA使用量下降，且與博韓偉業部分業務未按時結算，導致博韓偉業本年度營業收入下降、經營業績虧損。
國家對農村土地承包經營確權項目的開展已基本結束，公司二級控股子公司遼寧宏圖創展測繪勘察有限公司(以下簡稱“宏圖創展”)已經簽訂的農村土地經營確權登記項目合同大部分已在2018年完工，進入質檢階段或免費為客户維護期；2019年全國第三次土地調查項目(以下簡稱“三調項目”)應國家要求，工期短、任務急、技術要求高，對宏圖創展原有項目的開展造成一定影響，且三調項目的收入相比上年同期的其他項目收入有所下降；同時宏圖創展在2019年度立足良性穩步發展、精細化管理，新籤合同金額相比上年同期有所下降。
公司綜合物流業務因受宏觀經濟形勢影響，現有合作客户業務量同比下降，新增客户數量也較上年同期下降，同時公司為控制經營風險、加強應收賬款回收，2019年度主動放棄付款賬期過長或存在潛在支付風險的部分客户，導致綜合物流收入下降。
公司結合實際經營情況、戰略規劃及行業市場變化等影響，根據《企業會計準則第8號-資產減值》及相關會計政策規定，將在2019年度末對收購博韓偉業及宏圖創展形成的商譽進行減值測試,預計上述兩公司計提的商譽減值準備金額約3.9億元(具體計提減值金額需依據評估機構出具的商譽減值測試評估報告最終確定)。
