港股异动 | 香港金融集团涨逾3% 2019年度纯利大幅预增
格隆汇2月28日丨香港金融集团(0007.HK)现报0.83港元,涨3.75%,暂成交423万港元,最新总市值33亿港元。香港金融集团昨晚发公告称,基于对集团截至2019年12月31日止年度综合财务报表草拟稿所作初步审阅,预期该年度的纯利将较去年录得大幅增加,主要由于集团在中国的投资物业大幅升值。据悉,香港金融集团曾发布2018年度业绩称,该集团于年内持续经营业务收益为9.42亿港元,同比增长8.7倍。毛利为5149.1万港元,同比增长13.16%。公司拥有人应占年内溢利为1.6亿港元,同比增长12.7倍。每股基本盈利为0.0455港元,不派息。
