中油潔能控股(01759.HK)斥1,900萬人幣購合資公司剩餘股權
中油潔能控股(01759.HK)公布,間接全資附屬中油投資斥1,900萬元人民幣,購入河南藍天50%股權。河南藍天乃一間公司於中國成立的合資企業,主要透過位於中國河南省駐馬店市之一個壓縮天然氣母站和駐馬店市及信陽市之三個壓縮天然氣加氣站從事壓縮天然氣供應,自2015年7月起由集團擁有50%股權,完成交易後,河南藍天將成為公司全資附屬。另外,公司指,至今未動用上市所得之款項為8,420萬元,佔所得款項淨額70%,當中2,110萬元將分配至為收購籌集資金。
