沃施股份(300483.SZ):制定未來三年分紅回報規劃
格隆匯2月27日丨沃施股份(300483.SZ)今日早間披露公司未來三年(2021年—2023年)分紅回報規劃。公司稱,在滿足以下現金分紅條件時,公司最近三年以現金方式累計分配的利潤不少於最近三年實現的年均可分配利潤的30%,現金分紅在該次利潤分配中所佔比例最低應達到20%;如果公司未來三年淨利潤保持持續穩定增長,在保證足額現金分紅及公司股本規模合理的前提下,公司可以實施股票股利分配,加大對投資者的回報力度。
