申通快遞(002468.SZ)擬收購濟南和重慶轉運中心中轉業務資產組
格隆匯2月26日丨申通快遞(002468.SZ)公佈，公司為進一步提高中轉時效，發揮重點城市中轉環節輻射帶動作用，全資子公司申通快遞有限公司(“申通有限”)擬以人民幣3040.89萬元收購濟南申鑫快遞有限公司(“濟南申鑫”)擁有的中轉業務資產組即為北京華亞正信資產評估有限公司上海分公司出具的《申通快遞有限公司擬瞭解資產價值事宜涉及濟南申鑫快遞有限公司擁有的與快遞中轉(濟南)相關資產組估值報告》(華亞正信滬估字【2020】第0002號)中載明的委估資產組（包括但不限於：中轉、運營經營權、轉運中心運營服務網絡的各項權益等資產)(“標的資產一”)；
擬以人民幣3946.40萬元收購重慶申重速遞有限公司(“重慶申重”)擁有的中轉業務資產組即為北京華亞正信資產評估有限公司上海分公司出具的《申通快遞有限公司擬瞭解資產價值事宜涉及重慶申重速遞有限公司擁有的與快遞中轉(重慶)相關資產組估值報告》(華亞正信滬估字【2020】第0001號)中載明的委估資產組(包括但不限於：中轉、運營經營權、轉運中心運營服務網絡的各項權益等資產)(“標的資產二”)。
此次收購濟南轉運中心和重慶轉運中心中轉業務資產組是公司繼續落實中轉佈局“一盤棋”戰略的重要舉措，也是公司進一步推進重點城市轉運中心直營化的重要進程。通過此次收購轉運中心中轉業務資產組，公司將進一步加強轉運中心的標準化建設、標準化運營及精細化管理，加大轉運中心的科技投入，全面提升轉運中心的分揀時效，不斷構築公司強大而高效的中轉運輸網絡體系。
此次收購對於提高公司快遞業務的中轉時效、增加公司中轉業務收入和提升公司的整體服務水平都有重要的意義。此次收購不會對公司整體業務盈利水平和財務狀況產生重大不利影響，不會對公司未來持續經營業務產生重大不利影響，此次收購符合公司的未來發展規劃，符合公司及全體股東的利益。
