康芝藥業(300086.SZ)擬設海南康芝醫療 涉及口罩、醫用防護服及消毒劑等
格隆匯2月26日丨康芝藥業(300086.SZ)公佈，根據業務發展需要，公司擬使用6000萬元資金設立全資子公司海南康芝醫療科技有限公司(暫定名，以工商行政管理部門核准的名稱為準)。
擬定經營範圍：生產、銷售：第二及三類醫療器械(含口罩、醫用防護服等)、消毒劑、洗髮護髮、護膚類、潔膚類化粧品、洗衣液、衣物護理劑、日用清洗劑、洗手液；研究、開發:通用電子設備、醫療電子設備、醫療檢驗設備、醫院自動化設備、醫療消耗材料相關產品；國內貿易；檢驗檢測服務；機動車改裝服務；貨物及技術進出口。(依法須經批准的項目,經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)
由於海南的區位特點，離內地較遠，運輸渠道少，運輸能力弱，受颱風等氣候影響大；海南本土防護產品的產業鏈條缺失導致生產能力、各類配件和原材料都要依靠外部力量，面對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情嚴峻形勢，島內各類救災物資更顯吃力。為此，海南本土需要有較完善的一次性包類耗材產業體系，建立醫療防護產品生產基地，以保障海南當地的應急需求。公司積極響應政府號召，全力支持疫情防控工作，承擔上市公司的社會責任。
醫療器械行業屬於國家重點支持的戰略新興產業，未來人們健康防護意識日益增強，對醫療器械及防護用品的需求更加強烈，我國醫療器械行業增長迅速，項目市場空間潛力巨大。
海南目前有近千萬人口，隨着海南自由貿易港建設的提速，來自全球各地到海南發展和創業的人才會越來越多。在可預見的幾年內，海南人口翻倍將帶來巨大的醫療服務需求。公司通過設立子公司承接高品質醫療耗材產品的生產基地項目，在滿足海南島內生產生活和戰略儲備需要的同時，公司將利用海南自由貿易港的優勢，讓高品質醫療耗材產品進軍國際市場，創造更大的經濟效益。
此次投資符合公司整體發展戰略，有利於優化公司產業鏈結構，豐富公司產品品種，有效提升公司的核心競爭力和市場影響力。
