中電興發(002298.SZ)：雲聚錦尚簽訂祥符區土地後備資源投資開發項目協議
格隆匯2月26日丨中電興發(002298.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年2月26日收到全資子公司北京中電興發科技有限公司(“北京中電興發”)的告知函，告知函內容為：北京中電興發子公司開封雲聚錦尚數據管理有限公司近期與開封市祥符區國有資產投資經營有限責任公司和河南錦尚土地整治有限公司簽訂了祥符區土地後備資源投資開發項目協議，協議總價暫定為人民幣5.5億元。
項目名稱：祥符區土地後備資源投資開發項目；項目規模：暫定計劃整理增減掛鈎指標5000畝，計劃整理佔補平衡指標15000畝，最終指標規模以通過驗收形成的指標數量為準。
在項目中，將利用無人機航拍攝影、數據處理等先進技術對祥符區全域土地後備資源進行基礎地理信息採集及潛力分析，主要工作內容包括土地後備資源調查、規劃設計、項目實施、指標報備及交易等，項目公司將對祥符區土地後備資源全流程進行投資開發和結算，同時通過數據分析的深入挖掘，為未來區域時空大數據、智慧城市等業務提供時空數據採集共享服務、智慧應用服務等。
該項目協議的簽訂，標誌着該項目是公司在智慧時空(國土)業務的進一步突破，為公司智慧時空(國土)業務和構建全域智慧城市打下堅實的基礎，將進一步增強公司在智慧城市、智慧時空(國土)等項目建設領域的核心競爭力和行業影響力，促進公司在智慧中國業務領域的投資、建設與運營等方面的更好地發展。
該項目協議總金額暫定為5.5億元，佔公司最近一期經審計的營業收入的22.39%,預計對公司本年度的經營業績將可能產生一定的影響，最終以該項目工程投資、建設及運營等進度情況來核算確認。該公司與招標方、項目合作方不存在任何關聯關係，項目的實施不影響公司經營的獨立性。公司在資金、人員、技術及研發、資質、行業應用、品牌及質量等方面具有強大綜合實力，完全具備後期協議的履行能力，確保協議正常履行實施。
