城地股份(603887.SH)質押香江科技100%股權 擬申請不超2.197億元併購貸款
格隆匯2月26日丨城地股份(603887.SH)公佈,為更好的拓展公司業務,優化資本結構,公司現擬向興業銀行股份有限公司上海長寧支行申請不超過2.197億元的併購貸款,貸款期限為5年,本次貸款的主要用途為支付尚餘的現金對價。本次併購貸款以質押公司全資子公司香江科技100%股權為申請條件。同時公司控股股東、實際控制人謝曉東先生為公司本次申請貸款提供個人擔保。
