通產麗星(002243.SZ)：擬在上海投資設立下屬公司 推動科技創新服務體系快速發展
格隆匯2月26日丨通產麗星(002243.SZ)公佈，2020年2月26日召開公司第五屆董事會第二次會議審議並通過了《關於在上海投資設立下屬公司的議案》，同意全資子公司力合科創使用自有資金人民幣1億元設立全資子公司力合科創集團上海有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記機關核准的名稱為準，“上海公司”)，作為力合科創在上海開展業務的本地化平台公司；同意設立完成的上海公司，使用自有資金人民幣510萬元聯合臨港集團全資子公司上海臨港經濟發展集團科技投資有限公司(“臨港科投”)、上海公司運營團隊設立的有限合夥企業共同發起設立控股子公司上海力合臨港輕資產運營有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記機關核准的名稱為準，“上海輕資產運營公司”)，負責項目引進、培育和相關科技服務，以及孵化載體的運營工作。
力合科創集團上海有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記機關核准的名稱為準)經營範圍：從事高新技術企業領域內的技術開發、技術服務、技術諮詢、技術轉讓，園區開發，物業服務，創業孵化器管理，企業管理諮詢，從事貨物與技術的進出口業務。(以上信息最終以工商登記機關核准為準)
上海力合臨港輕資產運營有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記機關核准的名稱為準)經營範圍：技術開發、技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓；信息技術研究和從事廣告業務；經濟信息諮詢服務；受託資產管理(不得從事信託、金融資產管理、證券資產管理等業務)；企業管理及諮詢；財務諮詢；科技園區規劃；孵化器投資經營管理；會議及展覽服務；經營進出口業務；自有物業租賃。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後依批准的內容開展經營活動)。(以上信息最終以工商登記機關核准為準)
此次在上海投資設立下屬公司是為進一步落實力合科創與上海市閔行區人民政府、臨港集團合作的重要舉措，充分發揮各方的資源優勢、資金優勢及管理優勢，抓住上海國際化創新中心的新機遇，實現公司在上海的戰略佈局，共同推動科技創新服務體系的快速發展。
