佛塑科技(000973.SZ)擬增加經營範圍 包括生產、銷售醫用防護口罩等系列口罩
格隆匯2月26日丨佛塑科技(000973.SZ)公佈，2020年2月26日，公司召開第十屆董事會第五次會議，審議通過了《關於變更公司經營範圍的議案》、《關於修改<公司章程>的議案》。現將有關情況公告如下：
為了進一步發揮公司的功能作用和產業優勢，切實履行社會責任，努力提供防疫物資保障，緩解口罩產品供應不足的狀態，助力打贏疫情防控阻擊戰，公司積極響應政府號召，嚴格落實政府部門對防控疫情工作的統籌部署，擬開展醫用防護口罩、醫用外科口罩、一次性醫用口罩、勞保口罩、日常防護性口罩等系列口罩的生產、銷售業務，因此，擬對經營範圍進行變更如下：
變更前：“生產、銷售各類高分子聚合物、塑料化工新材料、塑料製品、包裝及印刷複合製品、熱縮材料、工程塑料製品、建築及裝飾材料、電線電纜產品、聚酯切片和化纖製品(上述項目不含危險化學品，生產由分支機構經營)；塑料機械設備製造、加工及工程設計安裝；輻照技術服務；倉儲、貨物的運輸、流轉與配送；出版物、包裝裝潢印刷品、其他印刷品印刷；對外投資；技術諮詢服務。經營本企業自產產品及技術的出口業務，經營本企業生產所需的原輔材料、儀器儀表、機械設備、零配件及技術的進口業務(國家限定公司經營和國家禁止進出口的商品及技術除外)，經營進料加工和“三來一補”業務。提供土地、房產、設備、車輛租賃服務。”
擬變更為：“生產、銷售各類高分子聚合物、塑料化工新材料、塑料製品、包裝及印刷複合製品、熱縮材料、工程塑料製品、建築及裝飾材料、電線電纜產品、聚酯切片和化纖製品(上述項目不含危險化學品，生產由分支機構經營)；生產、銷售醫用防護口罩、醫用外科口罩、一次性醫用口罩、勞保口罩、日常防護性口罩等系列口罩；塑料機械設備製造、加工及工程設計安裝；輻照技術服務；倉儲、貨物的運輸、流轉與配送；出版物、包裝裝潢印刷品、其他印刷品印刷；對外投資；技術諮詢服務。經營本企業自產產品及技術的出口業務，經營本企業生產所需的原輔材料、儀器儀表、機械設備、零配件及技術的進口業務(國家限定公司經營和國家禁止進出口的商品及技術除外)，經營進料加工和“三來一補”業務。提供土地、房產、設備、車輛租賃服務。”(具體以佛山市市場監督管理局核准為準)
公司積極履行社會責任，生產防控疫情急需口罩產品，是響應政府號召，為緩解口罩供應不足局面提供防疫物資保障。公司計劃採購5-6條口罩生產線，預計3月初將陸續開始投產，預計全面達到正常生產情況下，口罩生產產能將達到約1200萬個/月。所生產的口罩產品將由政府部門進行統一調配，公司主營業務未發生變化，不會對公司本年度經營業績產生重大影響。醫用口罩生產銷售需取得政府相關主管部門批准的許可資質，目前產品資質許可尚在申請中。
