證監會歡迎預算案建議 寬免向ETF莊家徵印花稅可助降交易成本
證監會支持財政司司長陳茂波在2020至21年度財政預算案中為加強香港作為國際金融中心的競爭力而提出的各項措施。
證監會主席雷添良指,今天發表的預算案內所列出的有關措施,有利香港提升其作為國際資產及財富管理、全球離岸人民幣業務和綠色金融樞紐的地位。尤其是寬免向交易所買賣基金的市場莊家徵收印花稅的建議,將會降低此類基金的交易成本。他續指,感謝財政司司長對金融監管機構在市場防震和監控方面所作的努力予以肯定,證監會將繼續與政府及其他監管機構攜手合作,確保香港的監管框架能夠管理系統性風險,並為投資者提供保障。(el/a) ~
