西隴科學(002584.SZ)：疫情對公司短期經營不會構成重大影響
格隆匯2月26日丨西隴科學(002584.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，面對嚴峻的疫情防控形勢，公司高度關注疫情發展狀況，積極響應中央及省、市政府的防控號召，勇擔社會責任，全力做好新型冠狀病毒疫情防控工作。
一、對外捐贈情況
1、公司作為廣東省新冠肺炎疫情防控重點物資生產及配套企業，及時復產復工，加班加點生產乙醇、過氧乙酸、次氯酸鈉、雙氧水等防疫物資，截止2020年2月25日，累計生產消殺防疫產品已超400噸。公司已通過各種途徑將相關消殺產品捐贈給醫院、慈善機構、學校使用。
2、公司旗下山東艾克韋生物技術有限公司(“艾克韋生物”)研發的2019新型冠狀病毒核酸檢測試劑盒獲得山東省藥品監督管理局檢定合格，部分新型冠狀病毒核酸檢測試劑盒、檢測配套設備捐贈至政府實驗室、部分地區疾病控制中心，用於臨牀研發及新型冠狀病毒疑似患者的檢測。
二、為抗擊本次疫情采取的防控措施
1、公司及時調查掌握全體員工春節期間出行動態並進行追蹤，要求異地返程人員主動做好自我隔離。
2、提前購置各類防疫物資，定時對生產、辦公區域進行全方位消毒處理。減少不必要會議，鼓勵視頻參會，鼓勵員工自帶餐食，分散用餐，減少聚集。
3、公司給每位員工分發消殺產品，除了處理好公司辦公、工廠區域消毒外，還積極鼓勵員工家庭注意消毒處理。
4、每日對復工員工出入進行體温檢測並做好記錄。
三、公司生產經營情況説明
1、公司所在地情況
公司總部位於廣東省廣州市，防疫物資的主要生產基地位於廣東省汕頭市和佛山市。總部及生產基地所在地區疫情相對較輕，對公司生產經營影響相對有限。
2、復工時間
2020年1月23日公司啟動應急預案，在疫情防控工作領導小組指引下，2020年1月26日汕頭和佛山生產基地進入復工狀態，生產防疫物資；相關崗位員工以網絡通訊方式開始居家辦公，汕頭和佛山生產基地嚴格落實員工進出防疫、交通防疫、電梯、廠房、辦公區防疫、工作員工防疫以及食堂用餐防疫等多項措施，公司自2020年2月9日以後積極使用遠程辦公進行討論與會議，並在取得主管部門批准後積極配合正式復工。
3、原材料採購及產品庫存情況
目前，公司已調動資源保證原材料採購，能滿足緊急生產防疫物資所需。
4、生產獲得相關許可情況
2020年2月14日，公司收到廣東省衞生健康委員會頒發的《消毒產品生產企業衞生許可證》，現根據相關規定向有關審批部門進行產品備案，待相關部門批准後，公司將按核准產品增加生產相關消毒類產品，以緩解目前防疫過程中消毒劑供應緊缺的情況。
5、防疫工作獲得資金支持情況
國家開發銀行、科學城(廣州)融資租賃有限公司、廣東粵財金融租賃股份有限公司等金融機構響應解決防疫物資生產企業困難、支持增產保供應的號召，已對公司生產基地和艾克韋生物的疫情防控工作提供大力支持。
因此，此次疫情對公司短期經營不會構成重大影響。
截至2020年2月25日，公司全體員工未出現疑似病例及確診病例。
