豐盛服務集團(00331.HK)中期純利升3.7%至1.44億港元 中期息12.8港仙
格隆匯2月26日丨豐盛服務集團(00331.HK)公佈,截至2019年12月31日止6個月,集團實現收入24.20億港元,同比下降4.4%;毛利3.73億港元,同比增長0.2%;公司股東應占溢利1.44億港元,同比增長3.7%;每股基本盈利0.32港元,宣派中期股息每股12.8港仙。
報告期內,收入下滑主要由於機電工程分部所得收入減少1.92億港元,並部分被設施服務分部以及物業及設施管理服務分部所得收入分別為5620萬港元及2220萬港元的增長而緩和所致。
利潤提升主要由於毛利貢獻穩定以及一般及行政開支減少,部分因所得税開支增加而抵銷。於回顧期,集團的純利率由去年同期5.5%(經重列)提高至6.0%。
