民生教育(01569.HK)：藍星職業技術培訓學校截至2019年底在線學生人數11.28萬人
格隆匯2月25日丨民生教育(01569.HK)公佈，有關開始對(i)廣東明世在線教育科技有限公司；(ii)廣東民生在線教育科技有限公司；(iii)廣州海珠區藍星職業技術培訓學校；進行委託管理安排；及重慶夢卓教育科技有限公司借款予廣東民生在線教育科技有限公司；及(iv)重慶夢卓教育科技有限公司借款予廣東民生在線教育科技有限公司等相關事項。
目標主體廣州海珠區藍星職業技術培訓學校截至2019年12月31日的在線學生人數約11.2840萬人，其中，專科學歷以上(含專科)人數約98,000人。截至公告之日，目標主體的招生、業務拓展情況進展順利。集團將積極發揮在線平台的優勢，將集團的校園教育業務及在線教育業務逐步整合，發揮更好的業務協同效應。
於2019年10月12日，重慶夢卓、民生在線、潘國強及劉睿瓊訂立借款協議。於2020年2月25日，經各方友好協商及對潘國強及劉睿瓊的抵押物進行進一步核實後，對借款協議進行修訂：(1)重慶夢卓向民生在線提供的借款金額由不超過人民幣5,000萬元調整至人民幣3,200萬元。(2)自2020年1月起，民生在線、潘國強及劉睿瓊確保按照如下兩種模式進行招生：(i)民生在線單獨招生或其他經民生在線認可的招生方式進行招生；(ii)明世在線不在已其名義單獨招生或者以其他第三方名義共同招生，而是以明世在線及民生在線的名義共同招生。於2021年12月後，潘國強及劉睿瓊確保明世在線不再進行任何形式的招生。(3)潘國強及劉睿瓊確保2019年全年新招學生及相關收入能夠轉至民生在線的部分應當儘快轉移，並在2020年12月之前完成相應的業務合同改簽及明世在線的全部員工應在2022年轉移至民生在線。
於2020年2月25日，重慶夢卓、民生在線、潘國強及劉睿瓊訂立短期借款協議，根據短期借款協議，重慶夢卓同意向民生在線提供人民幣1,500萬元的短期借款。
