萬里馬(300591.SZ)挖掘新的業務增長點 擬對經營範圍進行變更
格隆匯2月25日丨萬里馬(300591.SZ)公佈，為適應國內外經濟形勢的變化，圍繞公司“多渠道、多品類、多品牌”戰略，同時深度理解和融合國家軍民融合戰略，培育、拓展和挖掘公司新的業務增長點，公司擬對經營範圍進行變更。具體如下：
原經營範圍：“以自有資金進行工業實業投資(須審批的項目另行報批)；生產、加工、製造、研發、設計、銷售、網上銷售：皮革製品、鞋類、箱包、腰帶、帽、手套、手機套、眼鏡、服裝及飾品、化粧品、針紡織品、睡袋、雨衣、帳篷、皮褥及配套製品、軍警防護裝備、警用器械、勞保防護用品、電子產品、橡膠製品、五金製品、反光材料、紙製品；電子信息技術服務；經營基礎電信業務、增值電信業務；物業管理，房產租賃，酒店管理，房地產經紀；貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)”
變更為：“以自有資金進行工業實業投資(須審批的項目另行報批)；生產、加工、製造、研發、設計、銷售、網上銷售：皮革製品、鞋類、箱包、腰帶、帽、手套、手機套、眼鏡、服裝及飾品、化粧品、針紡織品、睡袋、雨衣、帳篷、皮褥及配套製品、勞保防護用品、電子產品、橡膠製品、五金製品、反光材料、紙製品、高分子複合材料及高性能纖維防護製品及特種服裝、警用器械、警用裝備、防彈衣、防彈背心、防彈插板、防彈盾牌、防彈頭盔、防彈公文包、防彈防刺服、防彈製品、防護用具、防爆服、防爆毯、防暴器材及其他軍警防護裝備、安檢器材、消防器材、保安器材、防衞器材、安防器材、應急救援器材、防護裝備、户外裝備、安全技術防範器材、社會公共安全產品、道路交通安全器材、防爆排爆器材、文化體育用品、户外用品、陶瓷及陶瓷複合製品、化工產品(不含危險化學品)；科技開發；技術服務、諮詢；電子信息技術服務；經營基礎電信業務、增值電信業務；物業管理，房產租賃，酒店管理，房地產經紀；貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外)。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動。)”
以上變更內容最終以廣東省工商行政管理部門批覆的經營範圍為準。
