新世界百貨中國(00825.HK)中期純利增長58.8%至1.42億港元
格隆匯2月25日丨新世界百貨中國(00825.HK)發佈中期業績,截至2019年12月31日止6個月,公司實現收益13.61億港元,同比下降24.8%;公司擁有人應占利潤1.42億港元,同比增長58.8%;基本每股收益0.08港元;不派中期股息。
公告表示,集團期內收益較去年同期減少約24.8%。按類別劃分,集團期內收益以專櫃銷售佣金收入為主,佔44.2%;其次為租金收入,佔29.2%;自營貨品銷售佔26.1%;而作為承租人的經營租賃利息收入則佔0.5%。
儘管如此,集團淨利潤由去年同期的8970萬港元增加至1.424億港元,按年增長約58.8%;主要由於成本控制得宜、期內錄得淨匯兑收益,以及採用新會計準則令租金支出入賬減少。
