大禹節水(300021.SZ)聯合體中標硯山縣三岔河水庫等六件水利工程政府和社會資本合作項目
格隆匯2月25日丨大禹節水(300021.SZ)公佈，近日，公司收到雲南省硯山縣三岔河水庫等六件水利工程政府和社會資本合作項目的招標代理機構雲南雲嶺工程造價諮詢有限公司及招標人云南省硯山縣水務局發出的該項目中標通知書，確定公司與甘肅農田水利投資基金(有限合夥)、甘肅大禹節水集團水利水電工程有限責任公司組成的聯合體為該項目的中標人。
項目名稱：硯山縣三岔河水庫等六件水利工程政府和社會資本合作項目；項目合作期限：該項目合作期限為：10.5年—12.5年，其中：建設期0.5年-2.5年(其中：阿猛片區高效節水灌溉項目1年、木瓜鋪片區高效節水灌溉項目1年、三岔河水庫工程2.5年、八嘎河治理工程0.5年、稼依河袁家橋至倮朵段治理工程0.5年)，運營期10年。項目投資規模：項目批覆投資4.24億元(不含建設期利息)，項目實施方案測算項目動態投資為4.39億元(含建設期貸款利息1480.30萬元)。最終以經政府審計確認的金額為準，包括：各子項目靜態投資、建設期貸款利息以及合同約定或政府批准的可調整費用。
該項目的建設內容為：1)六詔河至硯山城區連通飲水工程；2)阿猛片區高效節水灌溉項目；3)木瓜鋪片區高效節水灌溉項目；4)三岔河水庫工程；5)八嘎河治理工程；6)稼依河袁家橋至倮朵段治理工程；
該項目的運營內容主要為：1)六詔河至硯山城區連通飲水工程及附屬設施運營、維護；2)阿猛片區高效節水灌溉項目、木瓜鋪片區高效節水灌溉項目及附屬設施運營、維護；3)三岔河水庫工程及附屬設施運營、維護；4)八嘎河治理工程、稼依河袁家橋至倮朵段治理工程及附屬設施運營、維護。
該項目中標是公司積極落實鄉村振興戰略，堅定推行“三農三水三張網，兩手發力共擔當”的戰略理念下取得的重要成果。該項目預計將對公司2020年經營業績產生積極的影響作用。
該項目的建設內容涵蓋連通飲水工程、高效節水灌溉、水庫建設、河道治理以及各項目建成後的運維服務管理，全面覆蓋了公司當前的主營業務範圍，這是政府採購方對公司的高度認可和肯定，是公司綜合實力的集中體現，也是公司“元謀模式”在當地的積極影響和成功複製推廣。該項目正式中標後若能順利實施，將在雲南當地直接增加高效節水灌溉運營面積約6.8萬畝，這將有力提升公司在西南地區的市場影響力和全集團範圍內的運維管理能力。
該項目中標是在2020年中央一號文件公佈、全國疫情防控工作取得階段性勝利的形勢下公司取得的重大農村水利項目。該項目將有利於提升公司在河道治理、農業水利、智慧水務以及運營維護領域的市場份額和技術水平，有助於當地政府打贏扶貧攻堅戰，促進農業穩產保供和農民增收，對公司未來經營發展將產生積極影響。
