雙林股份(300100.SZ)擬新建口罩生產線 用於生產緊急防護民用口罩等醫療防護用品
格隆匯2月25日丨雙林股份(300100.SZ)公佈，為有效貫徹“堅決打贏疫情防控阻擊戰的重要指示精神”，響應寧波市全力做好新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作要求，切實落實2019年2月17日寧波市人民政府發佈的《關於進一步擴大我市口罩產能的實施意見》，主動承擔相應社會責任；同時結合公司復工用工需要，公司擬新建口罩生產線，用於生產緊急防護民用口罩和一次性醫用口罩(非無菌)等醫療防護用品。
此次項目投資內容包括生產線、殺菌設備、廠房改造等，累計投資不超過800萬元。公司此次共投資了4條口罩生產線，其中1條為自制生產線，3條為外購生產線，全部投產後最大日生產能力約為50萬片/日，設備將陸續運抵寧海縣生產基地並在安裝調試合格後投入生產，預計3月底前全部投產。
該項目已列入寧波市新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作領導小組物資保障一組《關於印發市級重點口罩及關鍵配套生產企業(第三批)名單的通知》。
受“新型冠狀病毒肺炎”疫情影響，目前口罩等醫療防護用品的市場需求急劇增長，全國各地市場供應短缺，在黨和國家的號召以及政府相關政策的支持與幫助下，為有效緩解全國疫情防護物資供應不足的問題，公司擬投資生產符合相關質量標準的口罩等醫療防護用品，全力支持疫情防控工作，同時滿足市場需求。
公司主營產品為汽車零部件，此次對外投資充分利用現有資源，在現有廠房基礎上進行口罩生產線建設，項目短期內即可實現規模化生產，項目達產後，將首先用於物資捐贈及公司復工用工需要，有利於疫情防控物資的補給及滿足後續市場對於口罩的需求，具有很強的戰略佈局和現實的社會意義。同時公司主營業務未發生變化，此次對外投資預計對公司當期經營及投資者利益不構成重大影響，敬請廣大投資者謹慎決策，注意投資風險。
當前，全國新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控仍處於關鍵時期，公司在做好防疫工作及自身經營的同時，積極響應政府號召，公司擬向寧海縣紅十字會相關機構捐助100萬隻口罩，價值人民幣200萬元，捐贈的口罩將主要由公司投資建設的口罩生產線自行生產。同時由註冊於湖北襄陽的全資子公司湖北新火炬科技有限公司向襄陽市紅十字會現金捐贈50萬元，用於支持疫情防控工作。
