*ST天馬(002122.SZ):與前海中瑞貸款合同糾紛案達成和解
格隆匯2月25日丨*ST天馬(002122.SZ)公佈,關於公司與前海中瑞的貸款合同糾紛一案,公司與其簽署了《執行和解協議書》。公司將向前海中瑞分四期償還全部本金1.012億元,最晚於2023年11月30日前清償全部款項。
根據公司與前海中瑞簽署的和解協議,經初步測算,將增加公司2019年淨利潤703.51萬元,上述影響系本案產生的以前年度已計提但無需支付的利息費用及訴訟相關費用轉回所致,對2020年利潤無影響。
