奧克股份(300082.SZ)：截至目前肺炎疫情對公司生產經營不會造成重大影響
格隆匯2月25日丨奧克股份(300082.SZ)公佈，公司高度關注新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控形勢，積極響應中央和地方政府的防控號召，疫情就是命令、防控就是責任。公司在積極履行社會責任的同時，精心組織、統一部署、嚴格管理、科學防範，有效保障生產經營活動穩健、有序開展。現將新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情期間公司有關情況公告如下：
一、對外捐贈情況
在新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控關鍵時期，公司董事會做出決定，第一時間通過遼陽慈善總會捐款100萬元重點助力遼寧馳援湖北的醫療隊，共同抗擊新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情。具體內容請見公司於2020年2月3日在巨潮資訊網披露的公告。
二、公司防控措施
1、公司積極響應中央和政府的號召，嚴格落實地方政府和化工園區關於疫情防控的措施，並下發《關於進一步加強疫情防控的通知》。
2、公司及時成立疫情防控工作領導小組，由總裁親自指揮，制定疫情防控機制和應急方案，確定了“奧克人要積極響應號召，堅定信心，加強防護，阻斷傳播，科學應對，堅決打贏這場疫情阻擊戰”的宗旨，並有效落實。
3、公司及時採購口罩、測温槍、消毒液等防疫物資，要求全員做好疫情防控，保障員工在工作期間的身體健康。
三、公司復工復產與經營情況和影響
1、復工復產與經營情況
新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情期間，公司及下屬子公司江蘇奧克化學有限公司、四川奧克化學有限公司、廣東奧克化學有限公司、吉林奧克化學有限公司在確保安全防疫的前提下一直正常生產。公司子公司武漢奧克化學有限公司綜合市場情況及疫情防控所需，於2020年2月8日停產，具體復工時間將視疫情發展情況再確定。
原料採購端，公司積極與主要供應商溝通，充分保障了乙烯、環氧乙烷及烯醇等主要原料的供應，保證公司日常生產所需；產品銷售端，公司積極與主要客户和物流公司溝通，努力打通物流通道，保證產品能及時交付，滿足下游客户需求；同時公司根據市場情況並結合未來形勢分析，合理控制庫存，有效調控生產節奏。
2、對公司經營業績的影響
公司子公司武漢奧克化學有限公司2018年度經審計營業收入佔公司營業收入的11.72%、淨利潤佔公司淨利潤的8.02%。公司子公司江蘇奧克化學有限公司、四川奧克化學有限公司亦可覆蓋華中地區，及時滿足華中地區的下游市場需求，截至目前此次新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情對公司的生產經營不會造成重大影響。
