廣澤國際發展(00989.HK)擬3.05億港元變現香港九龍多處物業
格隆匯2月24日丨廣澤國際發展(00989.HK)公佈,於2020年2月24日,公司及其附屬與多名相關買方達成協議,同意以3.05億港元向後者出售位於九龍九龍灣多處物業。其中包括九龍九龍灣常悦道9號企業廣場第一座、第二座及第三座的20樓以及1P樓A1至A14號停車位。
出售事項所得款項淨額估計約為2.98億港元。集團擬將出售事項所得款項淨額用於償還集團結欠的若干銀行貸款及用作一般營運資金。
