古越龍山(600059.SH)擬修改經營範圍 增加陶、瓷製品的銷售
格隆匯2月24日丨古越龍山(600059.SH)公佈，公司於2020年2月24日召開第八屆董事會第十四次會議，審議通過《關於修改公司經營範圍的議案》及《關於修訂<公司章程>的議案》，公司因經營發展需要，擬修改公司經營範圍，公司營業執照中的經營範圍相應進行變更；同時，根據董事會成員由11人變更為10人等經營管理實際，擬對《公司章程》相關條款作出修訂。
修訂前，第十四條經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：許可經營項目：黃酒、白酒、食用酒精(不含化學危險品)、調味料(液體)的製造、銷售。
一般經營項目：黃酒、白酒、飲料、食用酒精(不含化學危險品)、調味料(液體)、副食品及食品原輔料、玻璃製品的技術開發；玻璃製品的製造、銷售；經營本企業或成員企業自產產品及相關技術出口業務；經營本企業或本企業成員企業生產科研所需原輔材料、機械設備、儀器儀表、零配件等商品及相關技術的進口業務；承辦中外合資經營、合作生產及開展“三來一補”業務；房屋租賃、汽車租賃、機器設備租賃。(上述經營範圍不含國家法律法規規定禁止、限制和許可經營的項目。)
