同花順(300033.SZ)2019年度淨利潤升41.6%至8.98億元 擬10派8.5元
格隆匯2月24日丨同花順(300033.SZ)披露2019年年度報告，實現營業總收入17.42億元，同比增加25.61%；營業利潤9.51億元，同比增加39.23%；利潤總額9.53億元，同比增加39.61%；歸屬上市公司股東的淨利潤8.98億元，同比增加41.60%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤8.36億元，同比增長41.92%；基本每股收益1.67元，擬每10股派發現金紅利8.5元(含税)。
業績增長主要原因為：(1)2019年，隨着國內A 股市場活躍度回升，投資者對證券金融資訊的需求有所增加，銷售收款相應增長；(2)公司立足於主營業務，深挖行業潛力，加大研發投入，根據市場情況持續改進公司產品和服務品質，公司各項業務穩步增長。
報告期內，公司積極穩步推進基金第三方銷售工作，努力打造泛金融服務平台，以滿足公眾多樣化的財富管理需求。公司進一步優化和充實了“愛基金”平台上相關產品的品種和數量，提升產品質量。截至2019年12月31日，“愛基金”平台分別接入基金公司123家，基金產品6872支；接入證券公司23家，證券公司資管產品1950支。
公司是國內領先的互聯網金融信息服務提供商，產品及服務覆蓋產業鏈上下游的各層次參與主體，包括證券公司、公募基金、私募基金、銀行、保險、政府、研究機構、上市公司等機構客户，以及廣大個人投資者。公司主要業務是為各類機構客户提供軟件產品和系統維護服務、金融數據服務、智能推廣服務，為個人投資者提供金融資訊和投資理財分析工具。同時，公司基於現有的業務、技術、用户、數據等多方面優勢，積極探索和開發基於人工智能、大數據、雲計算等前沿技術的產品和應用，以形成新的業務模式和增長點。
公司已構建同花順AI開放平台，可面向客户提供智能語音、智能客服、智能金融問答、智能投顧、智能質檢機、會議轉寫系統等多項AI產品及服務，可為銀行、證券、保險、基金、私募、高校、政府等行業提供智能化解決方案。當前同花順AI產品及服務正在積極拓展至生活、醫療、交通等更多領域。
報告期內，公司努力跟蹤和把握行業技術和發展動向，以客户需求為中心，加強研發創新投入，積極做好新產品的研發和技術儲備工作，進一步豐富產品和服務內容，提升公司核心競爭力。同時，公司全力推進各項資源整合，探索全新業務場景，充分挖掘行業潛能，培育新的業務增長點。
