格隆匯2月24日丨啟迪環境(000826.SZ)公佈，公司與中鐵第四勘察設計院集團有限公司、中國電建集團華東勘測設計研究院有限公司、中電建路橋集團有限公司自願組成聯合體共同參加“中山市未達標水體綜合整治工程(南朗流域，小隱湧流域，大岑圍、大雁圍、三鄉圍、橫石圍、馬新圍流域)EPC+O(勘察設計、採購、施工+運營)第一標段”項目的公開招標。公司於2020年2月24日收到中山市水務工程建設管理中心發出的《中標通知書》，《中標通知書》確定以公司為牽頭單位的聯合體中標“中山市未達標水體綜合整治工程(南朗流域，小隱湧流域，大岑圍、大雁圍、三鄉圍、橫石圍、馬新圍流域)EPC+O(勘察設計、採購、施工+運營)第一標段”項目。
項目名稱：中山市未達標水體綜合整治工程(南朗流域，小隱湧流域，大岑圍、大雁圍、三鄉圍、橫石圍、馬新圍流域)EPC+O(勘察設計、採購、施工+運營)第一標段。工程規模：範圍為南朗流域(南朗鎮內)的所有河涌，包括但不僅限於北部排洪渠等14條河涌。標段建設內容為截污工程(包括截污官網、分散式一體化處理工程)、管道監測與修復工程、清淤工程、河涌養護工程、水務信息化系統建設工程、親水濱岸工程、水系循環及補水工程、生態修復工程等。運營管理期5年。中標價：15.38億元。完工時間：96個月。
公司作為聯合體牽頭人中標“中山市未達標水體綜合整治工程(南朗流域，小隱湧流域，大岑圍、大雁圍、三鄉圍、橫石圍、馬新圍流域)EPC+O(勘察設計、採購、施工+運營)第一標段”項目，符合公司的主營業務戰略規劃，根據《聯合體協議書》，公司將主要負責該項目運營管理工作，公告所述中標項目運營管理期5年，該項目的中標預計不會對公司業績產生重大影響。公司作為聯合體牽頭人中標公告所述項目對公司經營業務獨立性不會產生影響。
