香港寬頻(01310.KH)公布,與客戶共度時艱,向全港所有住宅固網服務客戶(包括家居寬頻、家居電話及IDD月費計劃),以及香港寬頻企業方案、HKBN JOS及HKBN Cloud客戶豁免一個月服務月費,惠及90萬香港家庭及公司2涉資超過1億元。
客戶可由2020年3月2 日至3月15日,所有香港寬頻住宅固網服務客戶(包括家居寬頻、家居電話及IDD月費計劃)可透過http://www.hkbn.net/ToughTimesTogether 或登入My HKBN App登記豁免一個月服務月費。
公司指,有責任積極採取一切可能的措施,以助減輕香港人當前的經濟負擔。現實上,這些援助措施僅是所盡的一己之力,希望有更多企業加入行列伸出援手。
