天原集團(002386.SZ)旗下天億新材料擬增資並引入戰略投資者
格隆匯2月21日丨天原集團(002386.SZ)公佈，宜賓天億新材料科技有限公司(簡稱：天億新材料)作為公司全資子公司是公司重點發展的化工新材料產業實施者，定位於全力打造綠色高分子材料製造者，做“智慧管網、智能家居”行業的一流品牌運營商和方案解決者。為強抓宜賓及周邊區域快速發展機遇，擴大盈利裝置規模，提升市場競爭力，天億新材料擬增資並引入戰略投資者。
天億新材料增資金額擬為3-4億元。增資資金主要用於3萬噸PVC-0管道項目、年產1000平方米高端生態環保智能地板項目建設。
目前，公司收到宜賓市新興產業投資集團有限公司和宜賓天工機械股份有限公司的意向認購函，分別意向認購2億元和0.8億元。
天億新材料成立於2002年，註冊資本2億元。主業為雙軸取向聚氯乙烯管道系統(簡稱：PVC-O)、高檔生態環保智能地板、市政塑膠管道系統的研發、生產和銷售。核心裝置PVC-O智慧管道系統、高檔生態環保型智能地板產品優勢突出，盈利能力強。天億新材料自主研發的PVC-O管道系統是國內產能規模最大、技術最先進的裝置。同時，天億新材料也是西南地區唯一一家專業化的功能性生態環保智能地板開發企業，先後通過ISO9001質量管理體系認證、ISO14001環境管理體系認證、OHSAS18001職業健康安全管理體系認證、美國Floorscorer認證、CE、ASTM等相關標準檢測。2017年被評為高新技術企業，2019年被評為國家級綠色工廠，目前擁有自主研發先進專利和專有技術50餘項，自有知識產權專利25項，多項專利具有國際先進水平。
近日，四川省人民政府正式批覆同意設立全省首個省級新區—宜賓三江新區，定位於打造成“兩區一廊一城”的空間佈局，即現代服務業聚集區、先進製造業聚集區、長江綠色生態走廊、濱江山水新城。天億新材料產品作為“宜賓造”重點推薦的產品廣泛應用於包括三江新區建設在內的市政建設、大型公共場所、房屋裝修、民用建築等領域，三江新區等的建設為天億新材料發展帶來了更多的市場機會。因此為加快發展，天億新材料擬進行增資擴股引入有實力的戰略投資者，也為天億新材料未來資產證券化奠定基礎。

天工股份作為宜賓本土優秀民營企業，其關聯公司涉及房地產開發、裝飾及裝飾材料等產業，與天億新材料形成上下游合作關係。通過天工股份的渠道能進一步拓展市場，提升產品的市場佔有率。
