順豐控股(002352.SZ)境外子公司成功發行7億美元債券
格隆匯2月21日丨順豐控股(002352.SZ)公佈,為實現公司海外發展戰略、提升海外資金實力、拓寬融資渠道以及優化債務結構,公司境外全資子公司SF Holding Investment Limited(“SFHI”)在境外公開發行7億美元債券。
2020年2月20日,SFHI在境外完成此次7億美元債券的發行。此次債券在香港聯合交易所有限公司上市,上市日期為2020年2月21日。票面年息2.875%,每半年支付一次;債券期限10年。
