格隆匯2月20日丨璋利國際(01693.HK)公佈,截至2019年9月30日止年度,公司實現收益3.54億林吉特,同比減少30.54%;公司擁有人應占虧損5306.28萬林吉特,同比擴大1180.07%;基本每股虧損2.95分林吉特,不派息。
據悉,期內錄得毛損1372.52萬林吉特,同期錄得毛利4163.39萬林吉特,該不利變動乃主要由於因實施2018年銷售和服務税法導致材料成本增加;馬來西亞物業市場疲弱令競標過程競爭加劇,縮減了毛利率;馬來西亞政府檢討主要基建項目,令馬來西亞建築行業競爭更加激烈;及虧損項目撥備。
此外,公司將向聯交所申請公司股份在聯交所恢復買賣,由2020年2月21日上午九時正起生效。
