易世達(300125.SZ)：沃達公司與美國的ChillHit Labs Inc.,簽訂合作框架協議
格隆匯2月21日丨易世達(300125.SZ)公佈，公司之全資子公司聆達生物科技(上海)有限責任公司與漢麻投資集團有限公司共同出資設立的合資公司沃達工業大麻(雲南)有限責任公司(簡稱：沃達公司)於2020年2月21日與美國的ChillHit Labs Inc.,簽訂《合作框架協議》。
ChillHit Labs Inc.,是一家根據美國加利福尼亞州法律設立併合法存續的公司，成立於2017年10月，註冊地址為740 13th Street, Ste 407, San Diego, CA 92101，主要從事工業大麻行業生產、銷售服務諮詢業務，為北美市場中新興和成長中的CBD品牌提供服務，其經銷的貼注CBD標籤的產品目前在全美超過1500家便利店銷售，非CBD產品在全美5萬多家門店銷售。
沃達公司作為甲方，ChillHit Labs Inc.,為乙方，乙方負責向甲方推薦乙方所熟悉、掌握的美國CBD產品連鎖銷售渠道資源，包括但不限於EGGroup，Costco Wholesale Corporation.，AATAC等；經甲方篩選、確認並授權後，乙方協助甲方與目標客户進行接觸、磋商，最終促成甲方與該目標客户達成合作、完成銷售合同等合法有效的法律文件的簽署。
ChillHit Labs Inc.,在大麻和CBD相關產品方面擁有廣泛的銷售和市場經驗，可觸達超過15萬個遍佈北美的零售網點，包括沃爾瑪、塔吉特、好市多等大型零售網點，以及Circle-K和7/11等大型連鎖便利店。本次合作是沃達公司在工業大麻相關產品經銷渠道方面的積極拓展，旨在通過ChillHit Labs Inc.,在美國CBD產品市場擁有包括營銷推廣和優質銷售渠道等方面的商業優勢，推廣沃達公司CBD產品在美國的銷售，並促成沃達公司與美國連鎖零售商之間直接合作。
