北方稀土(600111.SH)擬捐贈兩台磁共振診療車及5噸次氯酸鈉 用於疫情防控和賽事後勤醫療保障
格隆匯2月21日丨北方稀土(600111.SH)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，公司高度關注疫情進展，在做好自身疫情防控和生產經營管理工作基礎上，為深入貫徹落實習近平總書記重要講話精神和黨中央決策部署，切實履行上市公司社會責任，全力支持疫情防控工作，同時助力第十四屆全國冬季運動會後勤醫療保障，公司擬分別向中國人民解放軍中部戰區和第十四屆全國冬季運動會籌備委員會各捐贈一台馳影A30磁共振診療車，擬向包頭市捐贈5噸次氯酸鈉，用於疫情防控和賽事後勤醫療保障。
公司此次擬捐贈的兩台磁共振診療車型號分別為奔馳2636底盤馳影A30磁共振診療車和重汽汕德卡底盤馳影A30磁共振診療車，產權均為公司所有，車況良好。兩台診療車具有遠程會診、互聯網傳輸、衞星通訊等技術功能，涵蓋臨牀醫學、影像學、物理學等學科及領域，搭載遠程急救監護體系，可對救護患者進行24小時觀察監護和遠程醫療指導，在移動體檢、應急醫療保障、基層醫療精準扶貧等領域應用廣泛。兩台診療車賬面淨值1814萬元(不含税)。
公司此次捐贈擬通過內蒙古自治區紅十字會具體實施。奔馳2636底盤馳影A30磁共振診療車，由內蒙古自治區紅十字會通過官方渠道捐贈中國人民解放軍總後勤部並轉交中部戰區，用於武漢部隊接管醫院疫情防控使用；重汽汕德卡馳影A30磁共振診療車，由內蒙古自治區紅十字會通過官方渠道捐贈第十四屆全國冬季運動會籌備委員會，用於賽事後勤醫療保障。
公司擬向包頭市捐贈5噸次氯酸鈉，價值約4萬元，用於支持包頭市疫情防控工作。
此次捐贈對公司當期及未來經營業績不構成重大影響，不存在損害中小股東利益情形，亦不會對公司和投資者利益構成重大影響。此次捐贈有利於為國家和社會抗擊疫情提供有力支持，是公司積極履行社會責任的重要體現，有利於進一步提升公司社會形象和影響力。
