中國動向(03818.HK)已復工線下門店佔總門店數30% 正在逐步復工
格隆匯2月21日丨中國動向(03818.HK)公佈，面對全國疫情防控的嚴峻形勢，集團第一時間成立了疫情應急管理領導小組，加強內部管理、統籌安排疫情防控，及時啟動對員工是否涉及疫情的每日資訊統計工作，全力保障員工健康和安全；安排部署各子公司積極配合地方政府疫情防控工作，及時停業和延長假期，並處理與經營相關、客户相關的應急工作的部署及資源調配。
截至2020年2月19日，集團及各子公司員工未發現感染或疑似感染新型冠狀病毒肺炎的情況。疫情爆發後，集團積極履行企業社會責任，全力支援疫情防控工作，集團攜手旗下KAPPA和PHENIX品牌，通過集團子公司（上海卡帕體育用品有限公司），向中華慈善總會捐款人民幣600萬元，馳援湖北新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情防控工作。該筆善款將用於抗擊疫情防疫工作和醫療防護物資採購，以及對抗擊疫情的一線醫院支持與醫護人員撫卹等。
銷售渠道情況：集團及子公司根據所在地政府的相關防疫及復工的指引和要求，截至2020年2月19日止，已經復工的線下門店（不包含KAPPA童裝業務）佔總門店數量的30%，其他門店正在逐步復工。未來，集團將積極配合和滿足各地政府的疫情防控規定，在保證員工和消費者的安全下，爭取早日全面復工。雖然線下零售短期內壓力較大，但集團通過整合線上和線下資源，積極推動線上業務，在較短的時間內完成KAPPA品牌微商城的上線工作。後續，集團將逐步完善系統對接，憑藉「類直營」業務模式的優勢全面實現全渠道貨品的打通，保證全渠道貨品的流轉速度。
商品供應情況：受疫情導致的復工延後、物流及通關受阻等因素影響，儲存在湖北省武漢市倉庫的商品（特別是線上和童裝的大部分商品）無法流通，導致線上和童裝業務自疫情爆發以來總體可售庫存不足。但集團在春節前已根據節後的營銷情況做了相應的線下商品儲備，並在假期期間積極與各方做好溝通、協調工作，將線下商品合理調配至線上進行支援。從目前情況看，道路運輸逐步得到改善，線上和童裝商品逐漸得到補充，預計不會出現嚴重影響供貨的情況。
財務情況：截至本公告披露日，本次疫情對集團KAPPA業務的正常經營活動造成短期、暫時性影響，主要為復工時間較往年有所延遲、營銷服務因疫情管控短期受阻。鑑於疫情各方面仍存在不確定性，若疫情持續時間延長，預計將對集團2020/2021財年上半年（即2020年4月至9月）的經營情況造成一定的影響，但影響程度要視疫情恢復狀況而定。
