新奧股份(600803.SH)應於3月26日收到Santos股息款1048.67萬美元
格隆匯2月21日丨新奧股份(600803.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司新能(香港)能源投資有限公司通過United Faith Ventures Limited持有澳大利亞上市公司Santos Limited (“Santos”)約2.0762億股股份，佔其已發行流通股總股數的9.97%；新能(香港)能源投資有限公司持有Santos 211.6661萬股股份，佔其已發行流通股總股數的0.1%。Santos於2020年2月20日公佈了《2019年年度報告》。
Santos 2019年實現息税折舊攤銷勘探前利潤(EBITDAX) 24.57億美元，同比增長14%；實現自由現金流11.38億美元，同比增長13%；Santos持續執行其運營模式進一步降本增效，2019年基礎生產成本(不包括停工及PNGLNG地震恢復影響)6.97美元/桶當量，同比降低8%；實現基礎利潤7.19億美元，同比降低1%，税後淨利潤6.74億美元，同比增長7%。
公司通過境外全資子公司間接持有Santos約2.0973億股股份，佔其已發行流通股總股數的10.07%。按上述持股比例採用權益法核算，公司2019年度對Santos的投資收益金額為6706.62萬美元，按年度平均匯率折算為46253.55萬元人民幣(以最終審計數據為準)。
Santos董事會已經做出決議，根據Santos將10%至30%的自由現金流派息的可持續股息政策，支付全額扣税後每股5美分的2019年期末股息。期末股息將於2020年3月26日向在冊股東支付，登記日期為2020年2月26日。Santos的股息以美元確定並宣派，並以澳元支付給股東。期末股息的貨幣兑換以登記日期2020年2月26日的匯率為準。2019年期末股息沒有安排股息再投資計劃。
根據上述股息派發方案，公司應於2020年3月26日收到Santos股息款1048.67萬美元。
