中國平安(02318.HK)2019年度歸母營運利潤升18.1%至1329.55億元
格隆匯2月20日丨中國平安(02318.HK)公佈，截至2019年12月31日止年度，集團歸屬於母公司股東的營運利潤1329.55億元，同比增長18.1%，營運ROE為21.7%。2019年實現收入合計12730.91億元，同比增長17.65%；其中，已賺保費7487.79億元 ，同比增長10.49%；投資收益1017.47億元，同比增長218.22%。歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤1494.07億元，同比增長39.1%；基本每股營運收益為7.48元，同比增長18.5%。
得益於營運利潤的快速增長，全年向股東派發股息每股現金2.05元，同比增長19.2%；基於歸母營運利潤計算的股息支付率(不含現金回購)為28.1%。同時還首次實施了50億元A股股份回購。
客户經營業績持續增長。個人業務營運利潤1228.02億元，同比增長25.7%，主要得益於客户數量和客均營運利潤的穩步提升，個人客户數較年初增長11.2%，客均營運利潤同比增長13.0%；個人客户數達2億，新增客户3657萬，其中40.7%來自集團五大生態圈的互聯網用户。
壽險及健康險業務穩健發展。壽險及健康險業務實現營運利潤889.50億元，同比增長24.7%。公司加快向高價值業務轉型，拓寬保障型產品線，運用科技升級代理人隊伍。整體新業務價值率和代理人產能呈現上升趨勢。
產險業務品質保持優良。平安產險綜合成本率96.4%，持續優於行業，實現營運利潤209.52億元，同比增長70.7%；線上理賠服務持續領先，針對安全駕駛行為良好的車主推出“信任賠”服務，全年案均賠付完成時間僅3分鐘。
銀行業務深入推進零售轉型，整體經營穩中趨好。平安銀行實現淨利潤281.95億元，同比增長13.6%。零售業務營業收入和淨利潤同比分別增長29.2%、13.8%。資產質量持續改善，不良貸款率較年初下降0.10個百分點，撥備覆蓋率較年初上升27.88個百分點。
科技能力持續深化。科技專利申請數累計達21,383項，較年初增加9,112項，其中金融科技和數字醫療科技領域的已公開專利申請數分別位居全球第一位和第二位。
金融壹賬通成功上市。金融壹賬通於2019年12月13日登陸美國紐約證券交易所；獲得香港金管局發放的虛擬銀行牌照；區塊鏈貿易融資網絡獲得BAI“領先技術最佳應用獎”。
深度推進ESG驅動的可持續發展轉型。截至2019年12月末，公司責任投資規模9544.49億元，可持續保險金額121.21萬億元，綠色信貸年度授信總額590.56億元。公司已在21個省或自治區落地“三村扶貧工程”項目，累計提供專項扶貧資金157.45億元；援建升級鄉村衞生所949所，培訓村醫11,175名；援建升級鄉村學校1,054所，培訓鄉村教師11,826名。
品牌價值持續提升。2019年公司名列《財富》世界500強第29位 ，《 福布斯》全球上市公司2000強第7位，BrandZTM全球品牌價值100強第40位，蟬聯全球保險品牌第1位。
