特力Ａ(000025.SZ)：制定免除部分物業租金等扶持措施助力打贏疫情防控阻擊戰
格隆匯2月20日丨特力Ａ(000025.SZ)公佈，為深入貫徹習近平總書記關於疫情防控工作的重要指示精神,全面落實黨中央、國務院重大決策，深圳市委市政府於2月7日發佈了《深圳市應對新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情支持企業共渡難關的若干措施》。為共同應對疫情，積極履行社會責任，加快落實市委市政府決策部署，綜合考慮近期疫情對公司物業租户帶來的負面影響，公司積極響應深圳市委市政府及國資委的號召，制定免除部分物業租金等扶持措施，與客户共渡難關，勇擔國企社會責任，助力打贏疫情防控阻擊戰。
對公司及所屬企業持有物業進行租金減免。
(一)免除物業租金的資源範圍：此次公司租金減免物業涉及辦公、商業、工業廠房、住宅、宿舍等多種物業類型，惠及477家租户，涉及490個物業，覆蓋物業面積14.38萬平方米。
(二)免除期限：2個月，即自2020年2月1日至2020年3月31日止(部分水貝珠寶大廈一期裙樓商户免租期自2020年1月16日起至2020年3月31日止)。
(三)免除對象：非機關事業單位、非國有企業、個體工商户租户及經公司經理層根據經營管理實際認定的符合減免條件的其他租户。同時，科研機構、醫療機構不受組織性質的限制。
(四)免除費用項目：物業租金。
(五)免除金額：預計共減免租金不超過2500萬元(不含税)。
此次免租安排涉及公司2020年營業收入約為人民幣2500萬元(不含税)，佔2018年經審計的營業收入的比例約為6%；預計此次免租安排對公司2020年淨利潤的影響約為人民幣2500萬元(不含税)，佔2018年經審計的淨利潤的比例約為29%。此次免租安排對公司2020年營業收入、淨利潤的影響系未經審計的預估數據，僅為投資者瞭解此次免租安排對公司的影響所用，公司提醒投資者審慎使用該等數據。此次免租安排不會影響公司的持續經營能力及長期發展。
此次免租安排系公司在新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情背景下，扶持租户平穩經營和發展，積極落實履行上市公司社會責任的具體表現，有利於進一步提升公司社會形象及影響力、推動行業可持續健康發展。
