招商公路(001965.SZ)擬參與浙江公路資產包司法拍賣競拍
格隆匯2月19日丨招商公路(001965.SZ)公佈，公司擬參與浙江公路資產包司法拍賣競拍。浙江公路資產包項目包括：萬邦榮致(深圳)股權投資合夥企業(有限合夥)持有浙江諸永高速公路有限公司(“諸永公司”)出資額1.8億元對應的股權；上海冠健信息科技有限公司持有浙江諸永高速公路有限公司出資額2000萬元對應的股權；標準基礎設施投資集團有限公司(原上海標準基礎設施投資集團有限公司)持有浙江杭寧高速公路有限責任公司(“杭寧公司”)55.47%的股權；美君投資集團有限公司(原標基投資集團有限公司)持有浙江杭寧高速公路有限責任公司8.586%的股權；上海鼎力聖投資有限公司持有嘉興公路建設投資有限公司(“嘉興公司”)100%的股權。即諸永公司100%股權、杭寧公司64.056%股權、嘉興公司100%股權。三項目股權整體打包拍賣，起拍價為75.66億元人民幣。
浙江公路資產包司法拍賣事宜已於2020年2月7日進行公告，並將於2020年3月10日-3月13日進行拍賣，分在線72小時競價和網絡現場同步拍賣兩個階段。招商公路擬參與競拍，參與方式為獨立競拍或根據外部情況與非關聯方組建聯合體參與競拍。
諸永公司投資運營諸永高速公路項目。諸永高速為諸暨至永嘉高速公路，起點位於與杭金衢高速公路交叉處，終點接温州繞城公路北線，項目全長約225.6公里，雙向四車道。諸永高速分四段建設，紹興、金華段2004年9月開工，交工時間2008年12月。台州、温州段2005年4月開工，交工時間為2010年7月。
杭寧公司投資運營杭寧高速公路項目。杭寧高速起點位於浙蘇兩省交界處長興縣的父子嶺，止於杭州繞城高速公路北段南莊兜，是國高網G25長深高速的組成部分。該項目總長99.161公里，雙向4車道，分兩期實施。一期工程王家浜—青山段35.2公里，2000年12月建成通車；二期工程長63.961公里，包括父子嶺—王家浜段和青山—杭州段，於2002年11月建成通車。項目收費年限暫批30年。
嘉興公司投資運營國道G320嘉興段。項目起點位於滬浙界楓涇，止於嘉興海寧許村。G320嘉興段全長67.25公里，是一條雙向四車道的一級公路。收費經營期限自2002年2月8日至2032年2月7日，經營期30年，設有洪合、七星兩個收費站。
參與該項目競拍符合招商公路發展戰略，對公司主營業務拓展具有重要的戰略意義。
