銀河電子(002519.SZ)：駿鵬通信生產基地搬遷
格隆匯2月19日丨銀河電子(002519.SZ)公佈，日前，公司全資子公司福建駿鵬通信科技有限公司(“駿鵬通信”)收到福州市倉山區人民政府下發的《福州市倉山區人民政府房屋徵收公告》(金山工業園橘園片區收儲地塊C項目)及《福州市倉山區人民政府房屋徵收決定》，因金山工業園橘園片區收儲地塊C項目的規劃建設需要，現決定徵收該項目用地範圍內所有房屋。駿鵬通信所在倉山區金山大道618號桔園洲工業園台江園的廠區被列入了此次徵收範圍。
駿鵬通信成立於2003年4月，註冊資本：1.35億元整，註冊地：福建省福州市台江區蒼霞街道蒼霞新城嘉興苑2-3號樓二層連接體205室，經營範圍：電子計算機及外部設備、網絡設備、電子設備、通訊設備、自助服務設備、燈光燈具產品、汽車配件、高檔建築五金產品的研發設計、生產裝配、批發及維修；精沖模、精密型腔模、模具標準件模具產品的研發設計、生產(生產地址：福州市倉山區金山大道618號桔園洲工業園台江園19號樓)、批發及維修；計算機系統服務、計算機軟件技術研發及維修。駿鵬通信深耕精密鈑金加工、工業自動化設計多年，自主研發了精密結構件的智能製造控制和集成技術，主要從事新能源汽車結構件配套。
截至2019年12月31日，駿鵬通信總資產約5.82億元，淨資產4.74億元，2019年實現營業收入2.47億元，淨利潤1679.87萬元。(以上數據未經審計)
此次政府政策性搬遷，對駿鵬通信及公司生產經營不構成重大影響。接搬遷通知後，公司決策將駿鵬通信生產基地分批搬遷至公司在福州市長樂區投資設立的福建駿鵬智能製造有限公司(“駿鵬智能”)廠區，新廠區面積比老廠區面積擴大了十多倍，同時在新廠區增添了部分先進設備，重新佈局了生產線：一是添置大型衝壓生產線和合金中空結構生產線；二是對原有鈑金生產線進行整合改造提升，提高生產效率，降低生產成本；三是生產集中，對質量提升、成本控制和無效費用壓縮將得以提升，有助於進一步降低成本，規模化效應得以體現；四是產線的多功能擴大和產能的提升，可以解決需求和產能不足的矛盾，有助於進一步拓展業務規模。
搬遷後的新廠區生產線佈局更科學，功能增多，自動化程度高，生產效率和產能均大幅提升，管理效率將得到有效改善，有利於進一步降低運營成本。目前駿鵬智能新廠區已投入運營。
