南戈壁-S(01878.HK)疫情影響 公司2月減低生產
格隆匯2月19日丨南戈壁-S(01878.HK)公告，於2020年2月19日，公司與中國投資有限責任公司訂立協議，據此，中投公司同意允許公司延期支付：(i)根據公司與中投公司於2019年4月23日簽訂的延期支付協議分別於2020年1月19日及2020年2月19日到期及應付予中投公司的延期現金利息及延期費用130萬美元及200萬美元；及(ii)根據本公司與中投公司於2019年4月23日簽訂的經修訂及重列合作協議於2020年2月14日到期及應付予中投公司的管理費用約70萬美元。
2020年2月延期支付協議的有效性及各方於2020年2月延期支付協議項下的各自責任、契諾及協議須待本公司獲得加拿大多倫多證券交易所必要批准後，方可生效。
公司獲悉蒙古國家緊急事務委員會決定自2020年2月11日起至2020年3月2日關閉蒙古南部與中國的邊境，以防止新型冠狀病毒的傳播。因此，自2020年2月11日起，公司已暫停對中國出口煤炭，本公司預計，邊境關閉將對本公司的銷售及現金流量產生不利影響，直到蒙古恢復煤炭出口至中國為止。
為減輕邊境關閉帶來的財務影響並保留營運資金，公司決定在2020年2月減低生產。公司預計其現有的煤炭庫存足以滿足在恢復煤炭出口後至少兩個月以上的預期銷售需求。公司將密切監察新型冠狀病毒疫情的發展及邊境關閉的狀況，並適時作出公佈。
公司於蒙古的附屬公司South Gobi SandsLLC於2020年2月7日獲其蒙古銀行知會，銀行接獲蒙古法院判決執行機構發出的要求，凍結SGS的銀行賬户，以執行SGS與First ConceptIndustrial Group Limited煤炭供應協議相關的仲裁裁決。約80萬美元銀行存款正被銀行凍結。本公司預計蒙古銀行賬户被凍結將影響其在蒙古的支付能力，以維持其在蒙古的正常業務及活動。本公司正與First Concept Industrial Group Limited接洽以解決相關事宜，然而，無法保證可以或能以有利條款成功達成解決方案。
