格隆匯2月19日丨連續2個漲停的中欣氟材(002915.SZ)發佈公告稱,公司目前的經營情況及內外部經營環境未發生重大變化。在新型冠狀病毒性肺炎爆發後,公司努力應對疫情的防控防治,目前公司正逐步開始復產復工;
公司、控股股東和實際控制人不存在關於公司的應披露而未披露的重大事項,或處於籌劃階段的重大事項;
公司於2020年1月23日披露《關於2019年度業績預告暨商譽減值風險提示的公告》,公司預計2019年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤為-3878萬元至-5378萬元。
