集泰股份(002909.SZ)：疫情對公司短期經營不會造成較大影響
格隆匯2月19日丨集泰股份(002909.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，面對嚴峻的疫情防控形勢，公司高度關注疫情發展狀況，積極響應中央的防控號召，勇擔社會責任，全力做好新型冠狀病毒疫情防控工作。
一、對外捐贈情況
1、截至2020年1月30日，公司通過各種途徑緊急採購價值20餘萬元的9萬隻醫用口罩，發往湖北省京山市紅十字會，同時向湖北省京山市紅十字會捐贈現金80萬元，用於疫情防控。
2、截至2020年2月10日，公司向湖北省京山醫院捐贈價值30餘萬元的醫療物資，包括：製氧機5套、霧化器和吸痰器各100套，紫外線消毒車10套、消毒車燈管30套、輸液泵和輸液架各10套，心電監護儀10套、麻醉呼吸機1套。
3、截至2020年2月19日，公司緊急調動相關工作人員向武漢雷神山醫院項目、北京小湯山醫院改造工程、北京地壇醫院疫情防控應急工程及西安市公共衞生中心項目捐贈建設所需的密封膠產品，為抗擊疫情貢獻力量。
二、為抗擊本次疫情采取的防控措施
1、公司及時調查掌握全體員工春節期間出行動態並進行追蹤，要求異地返程人員主動做好自我隔離。
2、提前購置各類防疫物資，定時對生產、辦公區域進行全方位消毒處理。減少不必要會議，鼓勵視頻參會，鼓勵員工自帶餐食，分散用餐，減少聚集。3、每日對復工員工進行體温檢測兩次並做好記錄。
截至2020年2月19日，公司全體員工未出現疑似病例及確診病例。
三、公司生產經營情況説明
1、公司所在地情況
公司總部位於廣東省廣州市黃埔區，生產基地位於廣東省廣州市從化區、廣東省東莞市及河北省大城縣。總部及生產基地所在地區疫情相對較輕，對公司生產經營影響相對有限。
2、復工時間
2020年2月3日公司員工以網絡通訊方式開始居家辦公，2020年2月10日公司恢復現場辦公，2020年2月13日公司位於廣東省廣州市從化區的生產基地在取得當地主管部門批准後復產，2月17日公司位於廣東省東莞市的生產基地在取得當地主管部門批准後復產。
3、原材料採購及產品庫存情況
公司在春節前已根據節後的生產做了相應的原材料庫存儲備，目前，公司原材料儲備充足且採購未受影響，能滿足日常生產所需，同時，公司產品庫存充足，可以滿足下游客户需求。
4、營業收入按地區分佈情況
根據統計，公司近三年(2016-2018)營業收入主要來自於華東、華南地區，近三年(2016-2018)公司在華中地區的營業收入佔公司當年營業總收入的比例分別為4.57%、4.25%、4.20%，公司對此次疫情重點爆發的湖北省的收入不具有依賴性。
因此，此次疫情對公司短期經營不會造成較大影響。
