四連板北特科技(603009.SH)提示風險：和特斯拉無直接供貨關係
格隆匯2月19日丨連續4個漲停的北特科技(603009.SH)發佈公告稱，鑑於近期公司股票波動較大，現對公司有關事項和風險説明如下，敬請廣大投資者理性投資，注意投資風險。
根據中證指數有限公司發佈的中證行業分類結果顯示：截至2020年2月18日，公司所處中證全指汽車零配件指數的市盈率為21.64；公司的靜態市盈率為59.52，動態市盈率為97.29。公司當前的靜態市盈率、動態市盈率均明顯高於同行業的平均水平,敬請投資者理性投資，注意投資風險。
公司主營業務為汽車轉向器齒條、減震器活塞桿、汽車空調壓縮機、高精密零部件、鋁合金輕量化產品等，截至目前，公司的主營業務未發生重大變化，所處的市場經營環境及行業政策也未發生重大調整。公司2019年三季度實現淨利潤2576.59萬元，同比下滑-49.51%。
公司為國內最大的汽車轉向器齒條、減震器活塞桿生產商，產銷量佔細分市場龍頭地位，中汽協2019年1月13日發佈的最新銷售數據顯示，2019年我國汽車累計產銷量分別下滑7.5%和8.2%，受宏觀週期影響及行業發展影響，預計2020年汽車行業依然承壓前行，形勢不容樂觀。
公司近期關注到媒體有報道公司為特斯拉供應商的報道，受國內新能源車增長迅猛影響，公司在新能源車零部件上銷售增長較大，但公司和特斯拉無直接供貨關係，若後續產生直接供貨關係並達到相關信息披露標準，公司會及時披露相關信息。
截止2020年2月18日，公司控股股東靳坤持有公司股份約1.2886億股，佔公司總股本的35.89%，質押股份約1.0815億股，佔其所持股份的比例83.93%。靳坤及其一致行動人靳曉堂合計持有公司股份約1.5660億股，佔公司總股本的43.62%，靳坤及其一致行動人靳曉堂累計質押公司股份約1.1839億股，佔其持有公司股份總數的75.60%。目前控股股東正在積極籌措資金，降低其質押率。
公司已於2019年10月31日發佈《上海北特科技股份有限公司控股股東減持股份計劃公告》，靳坤計劃通過集中競價及大宗交易方式減持公司股份合計不超過1795.06萬股，減持比例不超過公司股份總數的5%。
公司已於2020年1月15日發佈《上海北特科技股份有限公司股東及董監高減持股份計劃公告》，謝雲臣擬減持不超過公司總股本3%的股份，不超過1077萬股，徐鴻飛擬減持不超過公司總股本0.0345%，不超過12.38萬股；曹青擬減持不超過公司總股本0.0021%，不超過7500股。
