揚傑科技(300373.SZ)與SMEC簽訂戰略合作協議 在8寸高端MOS和IGBT的研發生產領域展開深度合作
格隆匯2月18日丨揚傑科技(300373.SZ)公佈，因公司業務發展需要，本着誠實信用、互惠互利的原則，揚傑科技於2020年2月14日在浙江省紹興市與中芯集成電路製造(紹興)有限公司(“SMEC”)簽訂了《戰略合作協議》，雙方一致同意，發揮各自的優勢，密切合作，秉持“能力互補、互利互惠、平等自願、共贏發展”的原則，結盟成為戰略合作伙伴，在8寸高端MOS和IGBT的研發生產領域展開深度合作。
SMEC是一家專注於為客户提供特色工藝集成電路芯片及模塊封裝的代工生產製造服務的供應商。自成立以來，SMEC聚焦人工智能、移動通信、車載、工控等領域，持續構建研發和產業化能力。SMEC的技術和管理團隊，已經在MEMS、IGBT和MOSFET領域耕耘了十多年，擁有豐富的研發和大規模量產經驗，能夠為客户提供完整的工藝平台。同時，SMEC也為客户提供從晶圓代工製造到模塊封裝測試的一站式服務。
此次合作內容如下：(1)SMEC的產品開發平台保證技術能力、交付能力，滿足揚傑科技客户要求。SMEC要為揚傑科技的產品開發、樣品流程、新產品工藝開發提供便利，對於戰略型大客户的需求，雙方需要全力提供人力、平台等資源。(2)在供應形勢偏緊的市場週期內，SMEC需要調配資源，全力支持揚傑科技，通過內部協調、預留產能等有效手段全力保證客户需求，優先保證揚傑科技流片。揚傑科技為採購方，一定要保證把SMEC作為戰略合作伙伴，最大化的填充SMEC產能，年度平均投片不低於2000片/月；作為供應商，SMEC確保為揚傑科技提供產能支持，年度平均產能不低於2000片/月。
合作過程中雙方應充分發揮各自優勢。揚傑科技主要提供技術支持，包括產品設計和項目的實施、運營以及銷售。SMEC主要負責提供工藝平台。雙方將協議作為重要事項，指派專門領導負責，組織專門力量推進。
通過此次協議簽署，雙方在8寸高端MOS和IGBT的研發生產領域展開深度合作，達成戰略合作伙伴關係，可以充分發揮各自的研發優勢、營銷優勢和工藝平台優勢，不斷提升公司MOS和IGBT產品的技術水平和實現產品升級，持續擴大公司高端功率器件的產品版圖，為功率器件國產化貢獻力量。
公司MOS、IGBT等業務發展和產品延伸，將進一步滿足客户的不同配套需求，完善公司的整體解決方案，有利於豐富公司的盈利模式，持續提升公司的核心競爭力和可持續發展能力。
