西安飲食(000721.SZ)所屬各餐飲(酒店)門店自1月27日起暫停店堂營業
格隆匯2月18日丨西安飲食(000721.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，面對嚴峻的疫情防控形勢，全國上下眾志成城，全力以赴應對疫情。公司積極響應中央及省市政府號召，主動作為，勇擔社會責任，全力做好新型冠狀病毒疫情防控工作。
根據西安市市場監督管理局和西安市商務局下發的《關於暫停舉辦羣體性餐飲服務經營活動的緊急通知》以及西安市新型肺炎疫情聯防聯控工作要求，公司所屬各餐飲(酒店)門店自2020年1月27日起暫停店堂營業。
為了降低廣大消費者外出購買餐飲原輔材料或就餐的風險，在店堂停業期間，公司各門店繼續為消費者提供點餐外送服務，推出一系列特色突出、使用方便、安全衞生的家庭套餐和半成品菜餚，以滿足廣大消費者的需求。
此次疫情預計對公司2020年一季度經營業績構成了較大的影響。後續公司店堂恢復正常營業的時間，需視疫情發展及西安市疫情防控工作相關規定而定。
公司應對疫情采取的積極措施如下：
1、及時成立了由公司黨政主要領導為組長，公司領導班子成員為副組長，各部室負責人、各分(子)公司黨政主要領導為成員的新型肺炎聯防聯控領導小組，並制定印發了公司《新型冠狀病毒感染的肺炎疫情聯防聯控工作方案》，加強了當前疫情的聯防聯控工作。
2、針對湖北籍住宿賓客進行了全面排查並逐一登記造冊，同時對在崗員工、非在崗員工及離退休人員開展了疫情摸底、排查。
3、為了減少新型肺炎防控期間交叉感染的機會，暫停了公司所有經營網點店堂營業。同時加強了外賣食品安全管理，嚴格落實餐飲服務各環節的索票索證制度，強化食品操作程序和加工標準，保證食品安全放心。
4、積極履行社會責任，加大外賣送餐服務。在店堂停業期間，應消費者之所急，繼續提供點餐外送服務，以滿足廣大消費者的需求。
5、強化一線員工個人衞生行為和個人防護，強調全員戴口罩、勤洗手，減少不必要外出和聚集，儘量避免近距離的交流、接觸，並且保證室內通風。同時，做好相關疫情防控知識的培訓和宣傳，不斷提升全員防控意識和自我防範能力。
6、加大對店內環境、設施設備進行全覆蓋無死角式的防控消毒工作。
7、建立嚴格的疫情信息報告制度，提升應急值守工作力度。
