西安旅遊(000610.SZ)：疫情預計將對公司一季度經營業績構成較大影響
格隆匯2月18日丨西安旅遊(000610.SZ)公佈，自新型冠狀病毒肺炎疫情發生以來，面對嚴峻的疫情防控形勢，全國上下眾志成城，全力以赴應對疫情。公司積極響應中央及省、市政府號召，勇擔社會責任，全力做好新型冠狀病毒疫情防控工作。現將有關情況公告如下：
一、公司生產經營情況
為了全力配合做好新型冠狀病毒疫情防控工作，減少交叉感染的風險，確保顧客及員工的安全和健康，根據國家、省、市政府相關文件精神，公司所屬解放飯店、關中客棧、上林宮酒店和西北大酒店等分公司，西安海外旅遊有限責任公司、西安中旅國際旅行社有限責任公司、西安西旅新光華酒店有限責任公司、西安渭水園温泉度假村有限公司等子公司，其全部經營門店自1月27日起暫停營業，所有旅遊計劃取消。
同時為了居民的健康與安全，做好疫情防控，有效減少人員流動、聚集，阻斷疫情的傳播，公司“西旅生活館”在西安市曲江新區範圍內特別推出放心蔬菜送貨上門服務，克服困難，堅持基地源頭直採模式，切實履行社會責任，讓轄區市民吃上放心菜、平價菜。
此次疫情，預計將對公司2020年一季度經營業績構成較大的影響。後續恢復正常營業的時間，將視疫情發展及西安市疫情防控工作相關規定而定。
二、應對疫情采取的積極措施
1.及時成立了由公司黨政主要領導為組長，公司領導班子成員為副組長，各部室負責人、各分(子)公司黨政主要領導為成員的新型肺炎聯防聯控領導小組，切實負起責任，堅守崗位、確保疫情聯防聯控工作穩步推進。
2.按照相關要求，周密部署，做細做實，迅速開展大排查工作，對本單位以及酒店客人中涉湖北人員，包括武漢籍的、曾在武漢旅居的、與以上人員接觸過的，逐一登記造冊，設立專人加強監測，一旦發現立即與屬地街辦、社區溝通，按規定進行科學處置，確保不出任何疏漏。
3.公司下屬上林宮酒店積極響應市、區政府號召，被長安區政府徵用，作為隔離疑似感染者之用。為確保安全防疫，上林宮酒店全體人員對酒店進行全面、細緻的消毒擦洗，做好公共區域的定時消毒。做到不造謠、不信謠、不傳謠，眾志成城，齊心協力。
4.發揮“學習型”企業作用，加強理論學習，提高廣大幹部員工素質修養、文化知識和技術技能水平。公司工會還在系統內開展了幹部員工素質教育網絡在線學習。空中課堂的開設，在為疫情防控提供精神疏解的同時，也為復工復產儲備了技能，凝聚了力量。
5.在做好經營場所全方位、全時段消毒的同時，強化一線員工個人衞生行為和個人防護，強調全員戴口罩、勤洗手，減少不必要外出和聚集，儘量避免近距離的交流、接觸，並且保證室內通風。同時，做好相關疫情防控知識的培訓和宣傳，不斷提升全員防控意識和自我防範能力。
6.建立嚴格的疫情信息報告制度，提升應急值守工作力度。
