A股異動丨九安醫療漲5% 實控人倡議全體員工增持股票並承諾兜底50%虧損
格隆匯2月18日丨九安醫療(002432.SZ)漲5%,報6.71元,總市值29億元。

九安醫療昨日公告稱,公司司實際控制人、董事長劉毅倡議:公司及全資子公司、控股子公司全體員工積極買入公司股票。劉毅承諾,凡2020年2月18日至2020年2月21日期間淨買入的九安醫療股票,且連續持有12個月以上並在職的員工,若因在前述時間期間增持九安醫療股票產生的虧損,劉毅將以個人資金予以補償50%,若有股票增值收益則歸員工個人所有。
