憧憬人行短期內降存準金率 主要內房股漲逾2%-5%

雖然內地「新冠肺炎」疫情最新確診個案已累增至42,638宗，死亡人數增至1,016宗。人民幣兌美元今天中間價繼續下調34點子，報6.9897。不過，人行繼昨天重啟逆回購操作金額達9,000億元人民幣後，今天續展開1,000億人民幣逆回購操作；加上市場憧憬人行短期內降存準金率。A股內房板塊今天續漲1.2%。
本港主要內房股今天也跑贏大市，尤其是綠城中國(03900.HK)、中國奧園(03883.HK)、融創中國(01918.HK)及世茂房地產(00813.HK)依次升4%-5.3%，分別報9.62元、11.22元、42.45元及27.75元，後者重越百天線(27.23元)，股價正挑戰20天線(27.87元)。
三大藍籌內房潤地(01109.HK)/中國海外(00688.HK)/碧桂園(02007.HK)、時代中國(01233.HK)、新城發展(01030.HK)、萬科(02202.HK)、佳兆業(01638.HK)、禹洲地產(01628.HK)、美的置業(03990.HK)、龍光(03380.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、中國恆大(03333.HK)、龍湖(00960.HK)、寶龍地產(01238.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及中海宏洋(00081.HK)升2%-4%，後者升幅最大曾高見5.71元。
花旗預期內房股今年盈利繼續呈增長，首選融創及世房等六股；匯豐料內地或快將放寬房策，可成為內房股催化劑。
國指回升1.7%報10,830；恆指高見27,674受制牛熊線，現造27,614，回升372點或近1.4%，成交額812億元。(sz/t)~
