國藥科技股份(08156.HK)與珠海華髮簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯2月17日丨國藥科技股份(08156.HK)公告，公司與珠海華髮集團有限公司簽訂戰略合作框架協議。根據戰略合作協議，公司與珠海華髮在是次新冠狀肺炎疫情一直開展緊急醫療物資採購支持並達成正面合作成果，具備相互瞭解和信任的基礎，因此，公司將基於所擁有的醫藥及商業網絡，與作為公司醫療物資的購買方及市場對接方的珠海華髮建立長期戰略合作關係。
新冠狀肺炎疫情肆虐際，珠海華髮將承擔起廣東省，甚至全國範圍內醫藥物資供應的重任。本戰略合作協議確立合作關係與發展方向，為期五年，各方若需進一步展開及細化具體合作內容，將另行簽訂具體合作協議。
2020年冬春相接際，新型冠狀肺炎病毒肆虐，由湖北省蔓延至中國全境。在此情形下，公司注意到疫情發展速度快、影響範圍廣，使得短短時間內中國市場的醫療用品供需矛盾極為突出。此次戰略合作，提升醫用口罩的供應穩定性，旨在通過加快符合質量要求的醫用口罩、防護服等醫療防護用品的供應，保證應急物資能高效地輸送往政府機關、醫療機構及民用市場。
公司與珠海華髮"點對點"的醫療物資採購供應戰略合作，打通醫療用品供應商與終端需求市場的通道，為抗擊新型冠狀肺炎病毒的戰役提供有力支持。戰略合作在第一階段首先實現有效引進醫用產品以增加供應，下一步將建立起醫用產品的自有生產體系。
監於先前緊急醫療物資採購合作為雙方打下堅實的互信合作基礎，珠海華髮的資金融通優勢可為本公司的躍升助力。董事會相信，憑着本集團在醫藥市場的業務資源，以及市場運營的豐富經驗積累及戰略股東和合作夥伴的支持，與珠海華髮攜手合作，解決抗擊疫情第一線及民用市場對醫療用品的燃眉急。本次戰略合作不僅能夠在互利共贏的基礎上為雙方帶來商業效益，更體現出企業在阻止疫情蔓延方面具備的社會責任感。
