*ST中絨(000982.SZ)擬設立北京燕瀚 重點關注生物製藥、航空航天及軍工科技等領域
格隆匯2月17日丨ST中絨(000982.SZ)公佈，為提升公司盈利能力，拓展公司盈利空間，實現長遠戰略目標，公司)擬投資設立北京燕瀚科技投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)。合夥企業規模為2.01億元人民幣，公司作為有限合夥人，擬以自有資金出資2億元人民幣，出資比例為99.5%，同時授權董事長簽署相關文件。
該合夥企業重點關注生物製藥、航空航天、軍工科技等領域，可視業務開展情況選擇行業內技術與投資經驗豐富的機構作為合夥企業的技術投資顧問。
公司於2019年度實施完成重整，重整後的公司將結合自身歷史沉澱的資源、渠道以及經營團隊的核心優勢，在羊絨主業的戰略支點上進行業務深化、重塑產業核心競爭力，成為羊絨紡織產業提供供應鏈服務、構建互聯生態的輕資產運營上市公司；
但近年來，在我國經濟下行壓力不斷增大，羊絨業內需不旺、出口不暢、成本上升、利潤下降，羊絨企業投、融資需求尚待恢復和引導，短期內難以形成足夠的業務量支撐公司所開展的羊絨供應鏈服務，一定程度上制約了公司的發展，也將造成此次重整資金大量閒置、難以增厚公司的盈利，公司亟需通過開展新業務以謀求新的經營業務及利潤增長點。
中銀絨業擬構建“羊絨供應鏈服務+項目投資”雙主業綜合性控股集團，即在原有羊絨貿易業務穩定發展、拓展羊絨供應鏈服務業務的基礎上，對優質資產進行投資，從而拓寬盈利來源、提高可持續發展能力，最終達到改善上市公司盈利能力、維護中小投資者利益的目的。同時，積極關注、推進並實施行業內外的併購、整合機會，即實行“羊絨供應鏈服務+項目投資”雙主業運行，在開展羊絨供應鏈業務的同時開展項目投資業務，以謀求在優化公司主業資產結構的同時拓展新的利潤增長點、以持續增強公司的盈利能力。
通過此次投資，公司將藉助投資管理機構的專業能力、經驗和資源，發揮自身“地緣優勢”和市場化運作優勢，拓寬投資渠道，提高資金使用效率，充分體現投資平台的作用，降低公司對外投資的財務風險，提升公司綜合競爭力。
